What are the check-in or check-out times?
The accommodation unit may be occupied from 4pm on the first day of the contracted period.
The accommodation unit must be vacated by 12:00 noon on the day on which the period ends. The establishment shall assume the customer’s stay to have been extended by one day if they have not vacated the accommodation by the indicated deadline.
Does the hotel offer late check out?
Yes, the hotel offers a late check-out service depending on availability at the time. The service has a cost of $20 until 4:00 PM and $5 per hour for each additional hour until 6:00 PM.

We would remind you that in accordance with Cuban regulations, smoking is not permitted in all enclosed areas of the hotel: common areas, dining room, indoor bar, lounges, rooms and corridors. Smokers may smoke on the outdoor terrace.

We advise packing clothes suitable for a hot climate. Don’t forget your swimwear, and a light jacket for the evenings.
What type of sun cream do you recommend?
The protection factor depends on your skin. If you travel in summer, the temperature can reach more than 32º C and we would advise a minimum factor of 20. With the tropical climate of Dominican Republic is better, particularly for children, prevent the sun from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The official currency in Cuba is the CUP (Cuban Convertible Peso).

The official language is Spanish; however, English is generally understood in the main tourist areas.

It is not necessary to be vaccinated, however we would advise you to check with your doctor your previous vaccinations prior to your visit.

Yes, we work in accordance with all the health authority’s recommendations as well as those of the quality inspectors.

Although we don’t offer a special vegetarian menu, we do offer a variety of salads and other meals suitable for vegetarians.

Is there a dress code for the hotel restaurants?
Yes, we have a dress code:
- Buffet Restaurant: Swimming costumes and bare chests are not permitted in the buffet restaurant.
- Themed restaurants: guests may wear formal shorts in themed restaurants. You will not be allowed to enter the themed restaurants wearing a sleeveless shirt or swimming costume.
We recommend you dress more formally at dinnertime.
Do you offer baby food such as purée or soup?
If required, you can request it from our Public Relations department to make the request to our executive chef.
What are the online booking conditions?
Flexible rate:
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your arrival date, the hotel will return any deposit you may have paid.
If you cancel after the deadline, the hotel shall charge the amount of the first night, and if the whole booking has been paid, the amount of the first night shall not be refunded.
If you do not show up, the hotel shall charge the amount for the first two nights to the card provided as a guarantee, and if the whole booking has been paid, the amount of the first two nights shall not be refunded.
If you wish to pay the total cost of your booking on arrival at the hotel, your credit card is only necessary as a guarantee for your reservation. The reservation cost will not be charged to your credit card, as payment is to be made at the hotel on the day of arrival, either by credit card or in cash, in local currency and according to the exchange rate of the day. If you cancel two days before your arrival date, you will be charged for the first night of your booked stay; in the case of a no-show, you will be charged for the first two nights.
