The Sirenis Seaview Country Club is available in the UK through First Choice as a Holiday Village hotel named Holiday Village Seaview Ibiza.
Considered one of the finest accommodation complexes on the island, its huge range of facilities and services oriented for British guests covers everything needed for the perfect family holiday.
Situated overlooking the sea in an incomparable position at the far end of the San Antonio Bay, the four star aparthotel Sirenis Seaview Country Club (official registration number H-PM2756) offers apartments and studios in low-rise Mediterranean design buildings.
All the studios and apartments have been renovated and now have a maximum occupancy of 2 adults plus 2 children plus cot. With a new light and airy decoration, the units have 2 flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette and balcony or terrace. And we've saved the best for last: a number of studios are Swim-Up Family Studios, each with its own direct access to a shared swimming pool situated right in front of the accommodation, only for use by these studios.
The hotel, which is All Inclusive, offers a wide variety of cuisine in its buffet restaurant, with many dishes prepared on the spot; there are 3 new themed restaurants: SunSet Beach (Grill), Cinecittà (Italian) and Big Wave (American Diner), with 2 visits in different restaurants guaranteed per person, per week included in the All Inclusive programme.

What are the check-in or check-out times?
Room occupancy begins at 3 pm on the first day of the booked period.
Room occupancy ends at 12 pm on the day the booked period ends. The establishment will understand that the customer wishes to extend their stay by a day in the event that they do not leave the room by the time stated above.
How much do you charge for Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi connection from your room or anywhere in the hotel is free for 2 devices per room. Please request a password for access at Reception.
Is there a pool towel service at the hotel?
Yes, we have a pool towel service. Full information is available at reception.
Loss or theft of either the towel or the ticket will incur an additional cost of USD $60.
Does the hotel offer late check out?
Yes, the hotel offers a late check-out service, depending on availability at the time. We will inform you how to use this service at Reception. The service costs €40 up to 16:00 and €10/hour for each additional hour up to 18:00.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
We would remind you that according to Spanish law (28/2005), it is not permited to smoke in the closed areas of the hotels, public areas, dining room, indoor bar, lounges, bedrooms and corridors. Smoking is allowen on the outdoor terrace.
How much does it cost to use the safe?
In Ihrem Zimmer finden Sie ein Schließfach, das Sie gegen Zahlung von 15 € Pfand (in bar) und 3€ Gebühren pro Tag mieten können. It is not possible to guarantee an upgrade to a better room category before your arrival at the hotel.
You can only request an upgrade to a room in a higher category on arrival at the hotel and this will be subject to availability.
Our reception staff will be able to check on the availability and cost of any upgrade on arrival.
Is there an iron and ironing board in the room?
If you need to use an iron and ironing board, please contact Reception. A deposit of €20 is requested (payment in cash).
Can I request a particular room in the hotel?
We aim to accommodate our customers in accordance with the room type selected at the time of booking. Email us with any requests or special needs you may have. Please don’t forget to include your booking details. Our reception staff will make every effort to meet your needs, subject to availability. Please note that we cannot guarantee confirmation prior to arrival.
Do all hotel guests have the right to access and use the swim-up pools?
No, the pools of the swim-up rooms are exclusively accessed and used by guests staying in this type of room.
What’s the climate like in Ibiza?
Ibiza has a Mediterranean climate. In summer, from June to September, the average temperature is 28º C and can reach 35º C. On the beautiful beaches on the island, the water temperature averages 25º C. In winter the average temperature is 20º C.
Which clothes should I bring with me?
In summer, it is preferable to wear cool clothes and of course don’t forget your swimming costume! At the beginning and end of the summer season, you will need a light cover up for the evenings, and during the winter you need warm clothes.
What type of sun cream do you recommend?
With the high temperatures in summer, we would advise you to use sun lotion with an average protection index of 20 to 50, especially for children. It is also recommended to avoid sunbathing between 1pm and 4pm.
What is the currency of Columbia?
In Ibiza, as in Europe, the currency is the Euro.
What is the official language?
The official languages are Spanish and Catalan; at the hotel English is also spoken.
Can I exchange currency in the hotel or withdraw money?
The hotel has a currency exchange service at Reception between 08:00 and 22:00h. There are ATM's available in the vicinity of the hotel.
Is there a supermarket near the hotel?
Yes, you will find a supermarket very near the hotel.
Do you offer special meals for diabetics?
Diabetic dishes are available, so we would recommend that you inform the hotel reception of your needs on arrival, or to the restaurant manager.
Do you offer special meals for vegetarians?
Although we don’t offer a special vegetarian menu, we do offer a variety of salads and other meals suitable for vegetarians.
Is there a dress code for the hotel restaurants?
Please wear appropriate clothing to access the restaurants. It is strictly prohibited to enter barefoot, in swimwear, with wet clothes or topless.
At dinner it is recommended to dress more formally.
Does the hotel offer a picnic service instead of lunch or dinner?
Yes, the hotel offers picnics, which should be booked a day in advance at the restaurant, before 20:00h.
Does the hotel offer a cold dinner service?
On the day of arrival, guests arriving at the hotel after the dining room has closed may request a cold supper. It is necessary advance notice before the arrival day.
Do you offer an early breakfast service at the hotel?
If you require an early breakfast before the restaurant opens on your day of departure, please contact Reception by 20:00 the previous day.
Do all the restaurants in the hotel offer gluten-free food?
We have gluten-free food at the hotel that can be prepared for the main buffet restaurant as long as our customers request this in advance. At our themed restaurants, we provide information about which meals on the menu are gluten-free.
Do you offer baby food such as purée or soup?
There is a microwave in the restaurant for heating baby food; we recommend notifying the head of the restaurant of your needs.
Is the tap water safe for drinking?
Yes, the water is safe to drink however we would advise you not to drink from the tap.
Can we buy mineral water in the hotel?
Yes, bottled mineral water and other drinks are available for purchase from the hotel bars. You will also find a supermarket in front of the hotel.
Do you need to be vaccinated before travelling?
It is not necessary to be vaccinated when travelling to Ibiza.
Is there a chemist in the hotel complex?
No, but there is one nearby.
What type of facilities and services do you offer for children?
There is a playground in the Sirenis Aquagames water park area, one separate children’s pool, a new aerial adventure course, one football pitch and one multi-sport court.
Is it possible to participate in the First Choice activities?
The Sirenis Seaview Country Club is a Holiday Village hotel of the tour operator First Choice. The Holiday Village entertainments team are in charge of organizing all the day time activities for children, and the mini club. Clients who have booked direct or via tour operators other than First Choice will be able to take part in certain activities, subject to availability at the time and only if the children speak and understand English. A charge will be payable direct to the First Choice team for activities such as soccer and swim school. The mini club activities and service are only for customers who have booked through First Choice.
Is it necessary to notify the hotel to reserve a cot? Does it have an additional cost?
If you are travelling with a baby under 2 years old, the cot will be available in your room upon arrival. This service is free.
If your baby is over 2 years old and requires a cot, the hotel must be notified, and will provide one for free, depending on availability at the time.
Free service and subject to availability, if your baby needs a cot you must inform the hotel.

This service is subject to availability at the time. The price is a €20 deposit (payment in cash) and €15 hire per week.
Is it possible to hire a bottle steriliser at the hotel?

Is it possible to purchase nappies at the hotel shop?
Yes, we have nappies in our shop within the hotel.
Is it possible to purchase baby milk in the supermarket near the hotel?
Yes, the supermarket offers baby milk from the Cow & Gate, Nestle and Nidina brands. It also sells fresh milk from the Letona, Puleva and Granja Santa Gertrudis (local production) brands.
Is there any restriction on using the Aerial Adventure Course?
The minimum age is 6 years, the maximum weight is 130kg and it is obligatory to speak English.
Is there a nanny service?
There is no babysitting service at the hotel.

Is there a car hire service in the hotel?
Car or motorbike hire may be arranged at Reception.
Is the hotel accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, all public areas (except the Nautilus Pub, the gym, the sauna and the jacuzzi) are accessible for guests with reduced mobility. There are 10 adapted rooms in the hotel, but they do not have kitchen installations.
Is the hotel entrance accessible for guests in wheelchairs?
Yes, the entrance is accessible for guests in wheelchairs, and the doors measure 164 cm.
Is the lift also accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the lift doors measure 79 cm inside, the lifts are 90 cm wide with a depth of 139 cm. The handrail is 98 cm high and the lift buttons are in Braille and is 109 cm – 132 cm high.
Do you need to use the lift to reach the adapted rooms?
The adapted rooms are located on accessible floors but you do need to use the lift.
What is the width of the door to the adapted room?
The door is 82 cm wide and once inside, the hall is 133 cm wide and it is possible to make a 150 cm turn in the bedroom.
How is the bathroom laid out in the accessible rooms?
The adapted bathroom has a non-slip bath which is 52 cm high; the vertical handrail is at a height of 60 – 140 cm and has another horizontal handrail. The toilet handrail is 83 cm high and the toilets are 49 cm high, the washbasin is adjustable between 60 cm and 90 cm and the handrail is 36 cm – 136 cm. The bathroom door measures 79 cm. All rooms have walk in showers.
Is there obstacle-free access to the pool?
Yes. The access to the swimming pool and sun terrace is flat and there are no obstacles. It is also easier to enter the pool thanks to the “beach” access.
What are the online booking conditions?
Non-Refundable rate: Changes are not permitted.
Prepayment: Your credit card will be charged with the total cost of the reservation when you finalise the reservation process.
Cancellation: In the event of cancellation of a booking with a non-refundable rate or no show, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Flexible rate: If you cancel at least 48 hours before your arrival date, the hotel will return any deposit you may have paid. If you cancel after the deadline, the hotel shall charge the amount of the first night, and if the whole booking has been paid, the amount of the first night shall not be refunded. If you do not show up, the hotel shall charge the amount of the first two nights to the card provided as a guarantee, and if the whole booking has been paid, the amount of the first two nights shall not be refunded.
If you wish to pay the total cost of your booking on arrival at the hotel, your credit card is only necessary as a guarantee for your reservation. The reservation cost will not be charged to your credit card, as payment is to be made at the hotel on the day of arrival, either by credit card or in cash, in local currency and according to the exchange rate of the day. If you cancel two days before your arrival date, you will be charged for the first night of your booked stay; in the case of a no-show, you will be charged for the first two nights.
Sirenis Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to do a pre-authorization for the cost of the first night. If you have chosen to pay the total cost of your booking now, the reservations system will connect to the bank using a secure connection, in order to give the maximum safety guarantee for the payment process and will charge the amount indicated in the voucher.
What should I do if I want to cancel my booking directly?
If you wish to cancel a booking made on our website www.sirenishotels.com, you may do so under the section "My Booking" on the home page. You will need to include the email address used at the time of booking, and the booking confirmation code.

In the event of cancellation of a booking with a non-refundable rate, the amount paid will not be refunded.
How can I change my booking?
If you want to change your original booking and this is permitted by your chosen rate, follow these steps:
1. Firstly, make a new booking at the hotel for the dates you want. Please, bear in mind that the rates and booking conditions shown on the website are subject to change at any time, which is why the cost of the new booking could be different from the original booking. Please, bear in mind that room availability is limited.
2. Once you’ve received the confirmation email for the new booking with a booking code and a copy of the receipt, you should cancel the original booking, from the MY BOOKINGS page you’ll find from the home page.
3. Please make sure that the new booking is made correctly before cancelling the original, so that your accommodation is guaranteed. The booking is confirmed when a booking code is created and a confirmation email is received showing the booking code.
What do I do if I haven’t received an email with the booking confirmation?
If you have not received the confirmation email, you should contact request.ibz@sirenishotels.com . We will locate your booking and send you a copy of the voucher.
What is the tax on tourist stays?
The Balearic Government approved a law taxing tourist stays in the Balearic Islands. This tax came into effect from the 1st July 2016 and will tax stays in tourist establishments as from this date.
It is a direct tax, which will be paid in full into a fund for encouraging sustainable tourism.
Who is obliged to pay this tax?
All clients staying at the hotel (stays of persons under 16 years of age are exempt).
How is the amount to be paid calculated?
The sum to be paid will be obtained by applying the following rate to the number of days’ stay: in four star hotels €3 + VAT.
Discounts: 50% for long duration stays (as from the 9th day of the stay).
When should our clients pay the tax?
On arrival at the hotel during the check-in procedure our reception staff will present the corresponding documentation for payment of the tax before entry to the room.
