Official Covid-19 Statement

 

Dear customers and partners,

We are currently facing a situation which is entirely unprecedented: that of the COVID-19 pandemic. Following the protocols and recommendations for action, both from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and local authorities in the countries in which we operate, Sirenis Hotels & Resorts have adopted a series of measures to ensure the health and safety of all our customers and employees.

We are closely monitoring the international situation in order to take all necessary precautions with regard to our hotels that are currently open in the Caribbean. Unfortunately, flight cancellations from countries flying to our tourist destinations and our partners’ temporary cease in operations are key factors which directly influence our activity in these exceptional times.

If you have made a reservation commencing during the month of March or April, please contact your travel agency or tour operator. If you have made a direct booking with us, please contact our team so that we can handle your request.

For our hotels in Ibiza, where the Summer 2020 tourist season does not officially start until May, we will keep you updated of any developments in the current state of alarm.

Due to this new situation, we are implementing important changes on a daily basis to provide our guests with as much flexibility as possible to plan their next holiday. As of this week, with the sole purpose of helping our customers during these difficult times, we have adapted our cancellation policy in response to this extraordinary situation. We are offering our customers the peace of mind of knowing that they can cancel flexible-rate direct bookings made on our company website sirenishotels.com up to 24 hours before arrival, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. 

As an additional measure, customers who booked with a Non-Refundable Rate on our website before 15/03/20 will be offered the option of changing their booking to another date, only paying the difference in rate according to the new dates selected. Please contact our team so that we can handle your request.

We know that these are troubling times for everyone, and whether you are travelling now or later, we want you to know that the safety and wellbeing of our customers is always our number one priority.

We hope to welcome you to our hotels again once this exceptional situation has come to an end and we are all back to normal.
