Your credit card is only required to guarantee the booking. The amount of the booking will not be charged to the credit card, as payment will be made at the hotel on the day of arrival, with a credit card, in a freely convertible currency, applying a commission of 3% and according to the exchange rate on that day. If you cancel up to 48 hours before the date of arrival, the hotel will not charge your credit card. If you cancel after this period, you will be charged for the first night of your booking. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged for the two first nights. Sirenis Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to place a pre-authorisation hold for the amount of the first night.
Payment in cash is not accepted at the hotel.
In Cuba, credit and debit cards operate in USD. Visa and MasterCard will be accepted as long as they have not been issued by US banks or their foreign subsidiaries.
Furthermore, RED and AIS cards in convertible currencies and issued by Cuban banks will also be accepted.
