What are the check-in & check-out times?

Room occupancy begins at 2 pm on the first day of the booked period.
Room occupancy ends at 12 pm on the day the booked period ends. The establishment will understand that the customer wishes to extend their stay by a day in the event that they do not leave the room by the time stated above.

How many themed dinners are included in my booking?

1 themed dinner per 3-night stay, 2 themed dinners per 5-night stay, and 3 themed dinners per 7-night stay.

Is there a waiting list for the themed restaurants in the resort?

Reservation is necessary for all themed restaurants (subject to availability).

Is there a “Dress Code” in the hotel restaurants?

Yes, there is a dress code:
Buffet restaurant: anyone in swimwear or not wearing a shirt will not be allowed in the buffet restaurant.
Themed Restaurants: Smart shorts are acceptable in the thematic restaurants, however no swimwear or sleeveless T-shirts will be allowed.

Is there a pool towel service at the hotel?

Yes, we have a pool towel service. Full information available at reception. Loss or theft of either the towel or the ticket will incur an additional cost of $CUC9,73.

How much does the safe service cost?

All our rooms are equipped with a complimentary safe where you can leave you documentation and valuables. Please ensure that the door to the safe is firmly shut before leaving your room. On the day of your departure, check that nothing has been left inside, and leave the safe door open.
The hotel takes no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables that have not been deposited in the safe. Neither shall the hotel be responsible for the loss of money or valuables that have been deposited in the safe if the safe has not been closed properly.

Is there a tea/coffee service available in the room?

Yes, this service is available in the room.

Is there a minibar in the room?

Yes, all our rooms have a minibar. The minibar is restocked daily with bottled water, soft drinks and beer.

Is there a hair dryer in the room?

Yes, you’ll find a hairdryer in the bathroom.

Is there an iron and ironing board available in the room?

Yes, all our rooms have an iron and ironing board.

May I request a specific room at the hotel?

We aim to accommodate our customers in accordance with the room type selected at the time of booking. Email us with any requests or special needs you may have. Please don’t forget to include your booking details. Our reception staff will make every effort to meet your needs, subject to availability. Please note that we cannot guarantee confirmation prior to arrival.

Is it possible to reserve a room upgrade in advance?

It is not possible to guarantee an upgrade to a superior category room before arrival at the hotel.
It is only possible to request an upgrade to a superior category room upon arrival at the hotel, and it will always depend on availability at that time.
Our reception staff will be able to check on the availability and cost of any upgrade on arrival.
